With decades of combined experience managing U.S. NAVY and Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessel availabilities, Tom and Rob built AMES around a simple promise: every project completed on time, on spec, and with zero compromise on quality.

Their leadership ensures that every AMES project—no matter the size—is grounded in technical excellence, detailed planning, and hands-on accountability. Both founders remain personally involved in oversight and client communication, ensuring that AMES consistently exceeds expectations.
